Let’s make magic together
Introducing Emma Jean
Emma Jean Golden is an eager designer with a focus on properties and scenery. With an eye for the absurd and fantastical, their goal is to bring life to the stage using items and knick-knacks. Emma Jean finds that the use of props brings magic to a world that only exists on a stage, making the fictional environment real and tangible.
They further the cycle of creativity by revitalizing the old and making it new, bringing life to collaborative projects with other artists in the form of refurbished ideas filled with a sparkle that demonstrates the effort that they put forward.
Emma Jean’s love for the earth fuels their desire to make theatre more sustainable, and they honor that passion by recycling old items into new works of art. What was once an old office chair may one day find itself wearing the garments of a throne.
